RECRUITMENT POLICY

Balexco management has clear mandate and commitment for the training of nationals and employing of local resources. Balexco is one of first organization which has achieved about 90% bahrainization.

Training department will conduct periodical in-house training for all the employees and also it sponsors other training programs as it believes human resources as key success factor in business.

Performance based competence assessments and appraisal based rewarding provides employees opportunity for careers growth.
