Manufacturing Capabilities
BALEXCO operates advanced aluminium extrusion facilities equipped to produce a wide range of profiles for diverse applications. Our extrusion capabilities accommodate billets ranging from 177 mm to 230 mm in diameter, enabling the production of both standard and technically demanding profiles.
Our manufacturing facilities are supported by dedicated processes for billet heating, extrusion, ageing, surface finishing and superior in quality control. This integrated approach allows BALEXCO to maintain control over the production process and deliver products that meet the required technical and dimensional specifications.
Quality & Standards
Quality is an integral part of BALEXCO’s manufacturing operations. The company was the first aluminium extruder in the Arabian Gulf achieved ISO certification in 1996 and continues to operate under a quality management system covering its activities and production processes.
Quality controls are implemented throughout the production cycle, from the procurement and inspection of raw materials through extrusion and post-production processes such as powder coating and anodizing, to the inspection of finished products.
Our quality control facilities are equipped with testing equipment to assess key product characteristics, including mechanical properties, coating thickness and other relevant performance requirements. Quality inspections are carried out throughout production to ensure consistency and compliance with applicable standards and customer specifications
Integrated Production
BALEXCO maintains dedicated capabilities supporting the extrusion process, including its Die shop, where the extrusion dies are prepared, maintained and corrected to achieve the required profile dimensions and tolerances by ensuring die life.
The company also benefits from access to locally sourced aluminium billets, including primary aluminium supplied by Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA). This supports greater control over material requirements and contributes to the consistency of the manufacturing process.
Technical Support
Beyond manufacturing, BALEXCO provides technical support to customers, fabricators, consultants and architects. Our Technical Support team assists in selecting suitable products and systems for specific applications and provides guidance on their appropriate use.
